Austrian Alpine Club UK Training
Mountaineering and Climbing Training for the AAC UK
These courses are run specifically for members of the Austrian Alpine Club UK. Both courses take place in Snowdonia, North Wales. Like all courses run by Mountain Odyssey, they are provided by Jono Redmond. I hold both the Mountaineering and Climbing Instructor Award, the International Mountain Leader Award, and have been instructing and guiding rock climbing, walks, and international treks for the past 13 years. I’m looking forward to working with members of the AAC and sharing my knowledge and experience to make each of them a safe, confident, and knowledgeable rock climber.

A review from our last AAC Course
Sept 2022 – Two day learn to lead climb course
“Had a great couple of days with Jono on an introduction to lead climbing. He was an excellent instructor, with a very pleasant manner.
Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was very helpful with all aspects of the climbing we did.
Can’t recommend him highly enough.”
